i know this is late, but in "full score of fear" movie they say he has PERFECT pitch, meaning he can tell the difference between note, however he doesn't have RELATIVE pitch, which is needed to sing on-key

My god they were not kidding when they
said Conan is not good at singing. Dear lord I don't think I've ever sat through worse singing in my entire life. That beginning scene was like 30 seconds long or something but it felt like five long torturous minutes.
I'm baffled at how Minami (the voice actor not the character in this specific episode) is able to sing so badly when she herself can sing so good.

Ok but now I wanna hear Shinichi singing (in his actual voice) ..
